Grey Forest Utilities is aware that some customers have received a call from a Nashville phone number and have mistaken it for a scam. These calls are legitimate courtesy calls from Grey Forest Utilities.

Customers who make recurring credit card payments are required to re-enroll due to new credit card requirements. In addition to the phone calls, an automated email has also been sent to affected customers with the same information.
